With such ambitious assumptions, the program goes beyond the formula of an intensive 3.5-day workshop: it begins with an "interview" and a coaching conversation, inspires and equips you with tools for everyday work, and ends with remote support from the mentor.
Leader and team
You will learn how to create an effective, well-coordinated team from the recruitment stage, through strengthening trust in conditions of "constructive" stress, to maintaining the involvement of your team mates. Meet this training’s mentor
John Scherer is a world-renowned expert in the field of leadership and organizational development. As a former navy officer, Lutheran pastor and Gestalt psychotherapy therapist, he created the Leadership Development Intensive (LDI) Program, in which the best managers from 23 countries have already participated.
He is the founder of the Scherer Leadership Center and has been working with organizations and their leaders from around the world for over 30 years. So far, he has supported companies such as: Boeing, Microsoft, GTE, Ford, Pratt & Whitney, Sisters of Mercy Health Corporation, Polaroid, The US Army, Northern Telecom, TV New Zealand, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Siemens, DHL, Government of Canada and others. In Poland, he cooperated with the management boards of, among others: Orlen, Netia, AMRest and PLAY.
