Workshop’s program - scope
Reaching Agreement in the Organization is a two-day workshop during which you will face a number of challenges in which you will prove your skills as a negotiator and mediator.
Conflict mechanisms
During the workshop, you will learn the important mechanisms of interpersonal conflicts. You will understand their causes and effects. The mentor will guide you through a process during which you will become aware of your personal potential and how you act in conflict.
Behavior in a conflict situation
After learning about the most common causes of conflicts in organizations, you will learn how the structure of relationships influences their perception and why people react to them in a specific way. You will learn how to stay calm and control a difficult situation when others lose control. You will also develop the ability to discover the potential of other people and learn techniques for working with different attitudes of dispute participants.
Practice
A mediation workshop will be an excellent opportunity for you to prove yourself as a mediator. You'll learn tools that you will put to the test during engaging exercises using high-fidelity simulations. During mediation training, you will learn and develop creative thinking strategies in resolving conflicts. You will also learn how to engage others in finding common, effective ways out of conflict situations.
