Workshop’s description
Communication is Your Work is three days of intensive communication training for leaders, during which we invite participants to a “social laboratory”. The workshop is aimed at people who want to develop their communication skills and influence their environment more effectively through both verbal and non-verbal communication.

By working on your self-awareness, you will discover your communication potential and start a fascinating work on yourself in terms of effective communication with others.
Learn
A conscious and effective leader draws energy from interpersonal relationships and passes it on to others. During practical exercises, you will learn algorithms for deliberate, constructive and effective communication. You will receive specific tips on how to talk in difficult situations and how to maintain composure and consciously control the course of events during conflicts.
Put into practice
Together, we will go through difficult situations typical for manager's and leader’s days, thanks to which you will be able to use the acquired knowledge and skills in similar communication challenges that you undertake in your everyday work.

Workshop’s program - scope - “Communication is Your Work" (Team Leader)
“Communication is Your Work” is a workshop during which you will take on a number of challenges and experience how important conscious and deliberate communication is in relationships with others.
Reliable knowledge
During the workshop, we will provide you with carefully verified scientific knowledge and our mentor’s many years of experience. You will learn important psychological mechanisms that create interpersonal relationships and shape interpersonal communication, as well as common communication habits.
Practice
Our workshop will allow you to learn how to communicate consciously, deliberately and effectively in typical professional situations, such as: Communicating with the team | Motivating employees | Conflict resolution | Strengthening attitudes | Defending difficult decisions | Conversation with superiors | Giving praise | Self-presentation.
Mentor’s experience
During these three days, you will benefit from the tools of a mentor who will share their many years of experience in working with people in crisis and conflict situations, where conversation is the basis for effective action and help. The mentor will show you how to - despite problems, emotions and time pressure - control your thoughts, organize your message and effectively communicate your intentions, at the same time listening carefully, observing and thus consciously managing the conversation.

After the workshop, you will be equipped with practical algorithms and tools that will ensure effectiveness in everyday communication - the foundation of your work.

This training in communication is the best I have ever attended. The level of intensity and the content are simply indescribable. Coach Błażej is an incredibly warm and cordial person, and at the same time he is characterized by great knowledge and professionalism. The group taking part in the training was small, so the atmosphere during it was intimate. The training did not consist of a lot of theory, but it included a lot of practical exercises that often forced you to go beyond your comfort zone.

Resolving difficult matters is my specialisation.
I obtained my experience of conducting discussions in difficult situations, coping with crises and solving conflicts in the most extreme way: as a mediator and negotiator in crises. For years I have been supporting others professionally while taking decisions concerning people’s lives.

The workshop is held on-site in Krakow (Podole 60 street) and runs from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM / 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break); online, or at the client’s premises in the case of closed training sessions.
The ONLINE workshop does not differ in any way in terms of content or the value delivered, compared to the classroom training. All elements that influence the interactivity of the workshop, the engagement of the Participants, and the laboratory form of this experience have been preserved. We collect highly enthusiastic feedback in our surveys after online workshops.

Not at all. Our motto is building awareness and developing competencies in practice; theory is just an addition. The years of business and psychological experience of our practitioner-mentors, interactive exercises, time for feedback and conversation with the mentor, and group discussions build lasting change and enrich the “craft of a leader“. We also enrich the topics of the workshops with the results of the latest research in the field of business psychology and sociology, such as the “Leadership Competence Index“. Evidence-based development and conscious leadership are crucial to us.
The workshops cover, among other things: conflict resolution, difficult feedback, motivating employees, defending difficult decisions, giving praise, or conversations with superiors; that is, everything around difficult communication in everyday work. The program places great emphasis on maintaining composure in difficult moments, under time pressure and emotions. We build a real ” toolkit” for leaders to help develop conscious leadership.
The main mentor of the workshops is Błażej Pasiut, a court mediator and crisis negotiator (including police), and a psychologist. The workshops are also conducted by Marta Blaut – HR specialist, psychologist, and therapist, and Aneta Kurzawa – crisis interventionist and therapist. This is a group of practitioners who have experience not only in working with leaders but also in extreme situations where human lives are sometimes at stake.
Yes, it is possible to organize a closed, dedicated program for company groups. We then work with the group on scenarios adapted to the company’s needs, building conscious communication and leadership in the area of the company’s specialization, e.g., recruitment, negotiations, or call-center.
It is an original form of a workshop based on experience, where knowledge is transferred through practice, not just theory. Through exercises that take participants out of their comfort zone, we build conscious leadership under the assumption that practicing attitudes and reactions in the psychologically safe zone of a “social laboratory” allows for a calmer and more organized approach to the daily communication challenges of managers in the work environment.
