Case study
At Miquido, we are very eager to share knowledge. We are the organizers of regular Innovation Waves and AI Waves webinars, which are aimed at business executives, product owners, growth managers, startup founders. In the era of the AI revolution and dynamic changes in the market, we found this to be the perfect time to share our experience and practical examples to help companies in Poland effectively manage changes in the organization.
We already had the opportunity to work with Leaders Island on our meetup aimed at Project Managers – Meet&Lead. They were our partner, and Jozef Kącki was our guest speaker. Employees from Miquido often went to Leaders Island for training, after which we collected positive feedback.
We co-hosted this event with the goal of creating an event that would have as much content value as possible, where speakers would have the space to share their knowledge, inspirations or practical tips, as a result we decided that a panel discussion would be the best format.
The first stage was to jointly work out the exact theme, the course of the event and the selection of speakers. Thanks to the cooperation with Leaders Island and their contacts, we were able to host Józef Kącki(Founder & CEO of Leaders Island), Tomasz Manugiewicz (General Manager at Grand Parade), Dawid Ostręga (Business Leaders, Mentor). From Miquido’s side, Ania Gawlikowska (Head of People & Delivery at Miquido) spoke and the whole event was hosted by Piotr Hudzik (Customer Success Manager Miquido).
Values: Experienced experts, pleasant atmosphere, coordination of activities.
Thanks to their flexible approach and openness to new ideas, the co-organization was an extremely pleasant experience.
Recommendation
Feedback from participants clearly indicated a positive experience and knowledge gained, which was not only theoretical, but also practical and applied to real business situations. The most valuable aspects of our cooperation with Leaders Island were: professional approach, experience and expertise.
