- You will learn the Leading a Winning Team™ model and the three leadership perspectives.
- You will identify your core values and examine how they influence your decisions.
- You will perform a temperament assessment.
- You will analyze your approach to communication.
LEADING: Leadership Identity and Management Style.
- You will define your role: leader, manager, coach, mentor.
- You will work through the Professional Identity Radar™.
- You will learn management styles.
- You will map your sources of influence within the organization.
TEAM: Team Building and Collaboration Framework.
- You will analyze your team's architecture.
- You will learn to assign roles according to your predispositions.
- You will structure your approach to setting goals and working towards them according to your chosen methodology.
- You will create a contract with your team that regulates the rules of cooperation and mutual expectations.
WINNING: Personal Effectiveness - Time and Delegation
- You will prioritize tasks and topics
- You will learn the levels and principles of delegation
- You will work through the barriers to delegating responsibility
- You will complete the Delegation Canvas™ for real-world tasks
WINNING: Motivation and Communication
- You will analyze the sources of your motivation and the motivation of the people on your team
- You will learn how to influence intrinsic motivation (the most powerful tool)
- You will learn and practice effective NVC communication models
- You will simulate a difficult conversation
WINNING: Team Effectiveness
- You will assess your team's effectiveness in key areas (meaning, relationships, processes, communication)
- Conduct a retrospective +/-
- Identify performance bottlenecks
WINNING: 30-60-90 Implementation Plan
- you will plan the result you want to achieve in 90 days
- you will plan specific actions for 60 and 30 days
- you will work through the Start-Stop-Continue model
- you will select one area of the team for immediate development

- A "hot seat" session with mentors
- Work on real-world challenges faced by participants
