Terms and conditions for purchasing a training voucher

Regulations for using the training voucher for Leaders Island training:
  1. A training voucher for a Leaders Island training can be used within 12 months from the date of its purchase.
  2. The price of the voucher equals the value of the purchased voucher. If the price of the training exceeds the value of the purchased voucher, it is possible to pay the remaining amount separately.
  3. A voucher is sent to the Ordering Party by email, after the payment is credited to the bank account, based on the issued and sent VAT invoice.
  4. A purchased voucher is non-refundable.
  5. When registering for a selected training, please include the voucher’s number (identical with the invoice number) in the registration form.
  6. The use of a voucher for training is tantamount to acceptance of the Regulations of Participation in the training.
  7. A voucher, or any part thereof, cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
  8. The Ordering Party is obliged to pay the amount constituting the difference between the value of the voucher and the value of the training service if it exceeds the value of the voucher.
  9. Leaders Island has the right to refuse to redeem the voucher when the voucher’s validity period has expired.
