Time Management

Time management is a challenge in every leader’s life. Working with the entire team, its individual members, goals, your own manager; working on communication, strategy, deadlines, schedules, and so-called “last-minute requests” probably fills most of your calendar (and your mind). However, “the key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities” – or, as Lee Iacocca put it, “The key is not to spend time, but to invest it.” That is why you need to create some space in your work.
