Project management

Not every leader is responsible for project management as part of their role. However, since it is such a common aspect of our work, it is worth taking a closer look at this topic. Project management involves many different factors, but some of the more challenging areas — such as planning, task management, or choosing the right project management methodology — can be learned relatively quickly. If you are interested in change management or meeting facilitation, you will find discussions and exercises related to those topics in other sections of the Toolbox.

This part of the Toolbox contains tools that will help you lead selected stages of a project — from the initial brief to the post-mortem after the project has been completed.

Choose the tools that work best for you
