Asana

Asana is a program in which you can manage projects and your team’s work. It will work well for both smaller and more advanced projects. You can use it in a browser or through a mobile application. The advantage of Asana is its UX and design, which make it pleasant to use. Asana offers both boards and backlogs, as well as other forms of task visualization.

1. Workspace

In Asana, you and your team have a shared workspace at your disposal, where you can work on projects.

2. Projects

Each project can have a public or private status. One of Asana’s functionalities is the ability to mark projects with different colors, assign people to them, and set priorities.

3. Tasks

On the board of individual projects, you can constantly add tasks, their description, change their status (e.g., from ‘to do’ to ‘in progress’), as well as ask your co-workers for help or give them feedback.

4. Calendar

In the Asana calendar, you can continuously monitor pending tasks – you can easily check which of them is a priority at any given moment.
