Reiss Motivation Profile

Reiss Motivation Profile (RMP) Reiss Motivation Profile® is an assessment in which your intrinsic motivation is measured. The concept was developed based on extensive empirical research by Professor Steven Reiss’s team from Ohio State University. Thanks to it, you will learn your individual intensity of the 16 basic motivators that characterize every human being.

With RMP motivational profiles, you can work with a team, in recruitment processes, or developing the competencies of specific co-workers. An online questionnaire that consists of 128 questions. This is the only psychometric test that meets all 5 scientific criteria relating to this type of research: validity, reliability, standardization, objectivity, and normalization. When discussing the full results, it is worth using the support of an RMP mentor.

Below you can use a simplified and free test of your needs (self-test) to see what the RMP approach is all about. The results, however, do not give the most important information provided in the full test, and tips on how to work with the needs.
